How to fix UI bugs in iOS 11
iOS 11 is now officially out and in, but you can still find bugs that are still in the beta, such as a missing emoji keyboard or the lack of a home button.
Here are a few things you need to know to get things back to normal.
AppleInsider’s iOS 11 beta app is now live in the App Store, and you can also download it here.
It’s free to download and use, but it comes with an interface that isn’t compatible with iOS 11’s keyboard layout.
The app’s interface is a big improvement over iOS 11, but the problem with it is that the keyboard is completely missing.
Here’s how to fix it.
To start, open the Settings app.
Select General, then Keyboard.
Scroll down to the bottom and select Custom.
Toggle the Keyboard option and then click the Toggle button.
You can now tap the keyboard icon and drag the dropdown menu to change the layout.
To disable the keyboard, you’ll need to tap the switch next to it.
To enable it, tap the toggle next to the keyboard.
