You probably don’t have a calendar app in your phone.
There are plenty of free ones, but the best one out there is the One Calendar app, which lets you create and save up to 200 custom calendar templates and save them for quick access.
One thing that makes One Calendar great is the ability to import your calendar template files into other apps.
With Google Calendar, you can import your template files directly into Google Calendar and you can export them into your calendar to share or to add to your Google Calendar profile.
You can also import templates directly from One Calendar and OneNote.
If you have an older version of One Calendar, One Note and OneCal are all good choices to import templates from.
To use One Calendar in your Google calendar, you’ll need to install the OneCal app and install the calendar template tool, then select the calendar that you want to import.
In the menu bar, select the template you want and click Import template.
When you’re done, click OK.
In some apps, you might not have the option to import a template file.
If that’s the case, you may need to add a template to your account.
To add a new template, open the app and select Create a new calendar template.
From the template wizard, select Add a new Template, and then add a name for your template file and enter the name of the template file (e.g. OneNote template) and the name that you wish to use (e and that you’ll use in your template).
Once you’ve done that, you should see a template in your OneNote calendar.
Note: In order to use templates, you must have the OneNote app installed.
For more information about OneNote templates, see How to add and edit OneNote Templates in OneNote in the One Note for Android app.
Now you can use your One Calendar templates in other apps like OneNote, OneNote for iOS, OneDrive, and Office 365.
In addition to saving templates in One Note, you also have the ability on your OneCal account to import and edit templates.
To do so, open OneCal and select Add template from the toolbar, then navigate to the template that you’d like to import from, click Add, and you should be able to import the template to any other OneNote account or to a new OneNote OneCal.
One Note templates have the following attributes: Template URL URL that you can find in the calendar (e-mail, phone number, etc.)
Template name Template URL of your template in OneCal Template format Template file Name Template file type Template file location Template file path (e+m) Template file name (e) Template name (m) Location of the file in One Notes template file, such as “file:///tmp/file.jpeg” or “file:%s.jpe”
